MRS. VIVIEN EMECHAM ADEKOYA BECOMES THE DEAN OF THE SCHOOL OF MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

According to the press release by the Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State College of Health Technology Yaba, the Provost, Professor Raheem Olasupo Akewushola has appointed Mrs. Vivien Emecham Adekoya as the Dean of the School of Medical Laboratory Technician.

Mrs. Adekoya Vivien, a Principal Medical Laboratory Scientist, qualified as a Medical Laboratory Scientist in 2005. She joined the Service of Lagos State through Health Service Commission in 2017 and was posted briefly to the Child and Maternal Centre, Amuwo Odofin, Festac. 

She was later deployed to Lagos State College of Health Technology, Yaba as a lecturer, on the 3rd Day of July, 2018. Until her appointment, she was the Head of Phlebotomy Department.

Mrs. Adekoya has a commendable track record of impressive performances based on integrity and selfless service to the College, a trait that earned her the present appointment.

She recently got the award  of the best serving staff in the School of Medical Laboratory Technician of the Lagos State College of Health Technology Yaba for the year 2023.

She is married with children
