FIRSTBANK: TRULY FIRST IN CUSTOMERS’ CARE
The roles of FirstBank in motivating, encouraging and supporting small and medium scale enterprises were testified to by the FirstBank customers in the interview done by the Cable News Network (CNN).

FirstBank has a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Guild of Medical Laboratory Directors (GMLD) Nigeria. The members of the Association are benefiting from the facilities provided by the bank while others are encouraged to join in the process.
Dr Abiodun Famuyiwa, the Head of Department, Small and Medium Enterprises, FirstBank has assured the members of the association to have seamless process in their transactions with the bank.
The President of the Guild of Medical Laboratory Directors (GMLD) Nigeria, Dr Samuel Fele encouraged the members of the Association to open up to the partnership that will lift their services
